On receipt of your enquiry, our first priority is to arrange a mutually convenient time to come to your place to view your home or to collect your plans so that we can provide a free quote. If you can’t be home for any reason, that’s okay – we can arrive on site, view the job and be gone again without any inconvenience to you.

We promise to leave every site clean and tidy, and to work in closely with any other on-site contractors for fast, hassle-free installation. We’ll also dispose of any old spouting if required.

Final Inspection

At the end of the job, our Franchisee will do a final inspection to ensure that everything has been done to our exacting standards and he will then issue you with an invoice as per our quote, offering you three easy payment methods (being direct credit, cheque, or credit card Mastercard or Visa).

Understanding the fundamentals

Back at base, your Spouting on the Spot franchise will register your warranty details and will issue your guarantee papers and send these to you via mail or email. Included will be all the information you need on the maintenance levels required to keep this guarantee intact.
